I kept waking up at 3 a.m. and couldn’t fall back asleep no matter what I tried. By noon I felt completely drained, even after two cups of coffee. I tried to stay awake until a normal bedtime, but I ended up dozing off on the couch around 8 p.m. Hopefully my body adjusts in a day or two. ...
