&lt;p&gt;I stepped outside this morning and nearly melted. The heat hit me like a wall the second I opened the door. It&amp;rsquo;s supposed to be 38 degrees today — this is bananas! I went back inside and grabbed my biggest water bottle before heading out again. Even the shade felt hot. I ended up canceling my afternoon walk and just stayed in with the fan blasting. Summer this year is seriously no joke.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
