&lt;p&gt;Today I tried to take a nap after lunch, just for a little while. I told myself, &amp;lsquo;Just a little teeny rest, then I&amp;rsquo;ll get back to work.&amp;rsquo; Of course, I ended up sleeping for two hours. When I woke up, the sun was already setting. I felt a little guilty, but honestly, I needed it. Sometimes a little teeny break turns into exactly what your body needed all along.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
