&lt;p&gt;I had a tough day at work and started doubting myself. My mentor pulled me aside and said, &amp;lsquo;You have a lot to offer — don&amp;rsquo;t forget that.&amp;rsquo; It caught me off guard, but I really needed to hear it. Sometimes we get so caught up in our mistakes that we forget our strengths. I&amp;rsquo;m going to try to be a little kinder to myself from now on.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
