&lt;p&gt;I made a small mistake at work today and felt really embarrassed. My coworker noticed and just smiled at me, saying, &amp;lsquo;Don&amp;rsquo;t sweat it — everyone does that sometimes.&amp;rsquo; It was such a relief to hear those words. I tend to be too hard on myself over little things. I&amp;rsquo;m going to try to remember that not every slip-up is a big deal.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
