A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

— Lao Tzu

일기 (Diary)

I’ve been putting off learning the guitar for almost a year now.
일기 (Diary)

Today was one of those days that just wore me out. I had back-to-back meetings that ran over, and then my laptop froze right before I could save an hour’s worth of work. I wanted to give up and go home early. But as I sat there staring at the blank screen, the old Nietzsche line came to me — what does not kill me makes me stronger. I took a breath, redid the work in half the time, and actually felt proud of myself by the end. Maybe the rough days really do build something in us that the easy ones never could.
