My morning meeting got moved up by an hour, so I had to prepare my presentation on the fly. I just grabbed my notes and winged it, and surprisingly, it went pretty well. Then at lunch, a coworker asked me to cover a quick call for them, and again I had to think on the fly. I&rsquo;m starting to realize that being flexible might actually be one of my strengths. Not every day needs a perfect plan to go smoothly.</p>
