&lt;p&gt;Today was absolutely exhausting. I had back-to-back meetings all morning and barely had time to eat lunch. When I finally sat down with my coworker Mia, she said she was drained too. I said, &amp;lsquo;This week has been brutal,&amp;rsquo; and she just went, &amp;lsquo;Tell me about it.&amp;rsquo; That one phrase made me feel so much better — knowing someone else felt the same way. Sometimes all you need is a little empathy to get through the day.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
