&lt;p&gt;I spent most of today trying to register my new address at the district office. The process took forever because of all the red tape involved. I had to fill out three different forms and wait in line twice. By the time everything was done, it was already past lunchtime. I understand that rules exist for a reason, but sometimes the red tape just feels overwhelming. I came home exhausted and immediately made myself a cup of tea.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
