&lt;p&gt;I&amp;rsquo;ve been feeling a bit under the weather lately, so I stopped by a café on my way home. I ordered a large cup of chamomile tea and settled into a quiet corner. That warm cup was just the job — I felt better almost immediately. It&amp;rsquo;s funny how a simple thing can turn your whole mood around. I think I&amp;rsquo;ll make this a little routine whenever I need to recharge.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
