I mixed the batter carefully and poured it onto the hot pan. My roommate stood next to me and watched the edges start to bubble. She pointed at the pan and said, &ldquo;Okay, flip that!&rdquo; I took a deep breath and flipped it perfectly. The pancake came out golden and fluffy, and I felt genuinely proud. We had a great breakfast together, and I want to make them again soon.</p>
