I checked my phone first thing in the morning lol. I told myself I wouldn’t do it again, but there I was, scrolling through notifications before even getting out of bed. It took me almost an hour to actually get up after that. I really need to break this habit. Tomorrow I’m putting my phone on the other side of the room.

아침에 일어나자마자 제일 먼저 휴대폰을 확인했다 ㅋㅋ. 다시는 안 그러겠다고 다짐했는데, 어느새 또 침대에서 일어나지도 않고 알림을 스크롤하고 있었다. 그러고 나서 실제로 일어나는 데 거의 한 시간이 걸렸다. 이 습관을 정말 고쳐야겠다. 내일은 휴대폰을 방 반대편에 놓고 자야지.
