Today was one of those days where I felt completely stuck. My boss asked me to finish the project report by 5 p.m., but my team still hadn’t sent me their data. I was really between a rock and a hard place — I couldn’t submit an incomplete report, but I also couldn’t miss the deadline. I ended up sending my boss a quick message explaining the situation honestly. Luckily, she gave me an extra hour, and I managed to pull everything together just in time.
오늘은 완전히 꼼짝도 못하는 기분이 드는 날이었다. 상사는 오후 5시까지 프로젝트 보고서를 완성하라고 했는데, 팀원들이 아직 데이터를 보내주지 않았다. 정말 진퇴양난이었다 — 미완성 보고서를 제출할 수도 없고, 마감을 놓칠 수도 없었다. 결국 상사에게 솔직하게 상황을 설명하는 짧은 메시지를 보냈다. 다행히 상사가 한 시간을 더 줬고, 나는 간신히 모든 걸 맞춰낼 수 있었다.
