Today’s team meeting left me feeling completely drained. Our managers kept pushing for better numbers by the end of the month, but as usual, they expect results, but they won’t lift a finger to support the team. No extra budget, no help with staffing, nothing. I tried to stay calm and focus on what I can actually control. After work, I vented to my friend over coffee, and she totally understood. I guess all I can do is keep doing my best and hope things change eventually.

오늘 팀 회의가 끝나고 나니 완전히 기운이 빠졌다. 관리자들은 이달 말까지 더 좋은 실적을 내라고 계속 압박했지만, 늘 그렇듯 결과는 기대하면서 팀을 도우려는 손가락 하나 까딱하지 않는다. 추가 예산도, 인력 지원도, 아무것도 없었다. 나는 침착함을 유지하며 내가 실제로 통제할 수 있는 것에 집중하려고 노력했다. 퇴근 후 친구와 커피를 마시며 하소연했더니 친구도 완전히 공감해줬다. 그냥 최선을 다하면서 언젠가는 상황이 나아지길 바라는 수밖에 없는 것 같다.
