My cat knocked a plant off the windowsill again. I heard the crash from the other room and already knew exactly what had happened. Soil was everywhere, and she just sat there looking completely unbothered. I cleaned up the mess without saying a word, because honestly, what’s the point. I ended up moving all the plants to a higher shelf, but I have a feeling that won’t stop her either.

고양이가 또 창가 화분을 떨어뜨렸다. 다른 방에서 쾅 소리가 들렸을 때, 무슨 일인지 이미 알 것 같았다. 흙이 사방에 튀어 있었고, 고양이는 아무렇지도 않다는 표정으로 그냥 앉아 있었다. 뭐라고 해봤자 소용없다는 걸 알아서 말없이 치웠다. 결국 화분들을 더 높은 선반으로 옮겼는데, 그래도 소용없을 것 같은 예감이 든다.
